The New York State Internal Control Association (NYSICA) serves New York State's agencies, authorities and commissions. Our 400-plus members are all hands-on practitioners who strive to maintain and improve accountability in government. NYSICA is your source for information regarding the New York State Governmental Accountability, Audit and Internal Control Act.
